Your image gets printed directly onto a sheet of 1/16" thick aluminum. The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. Peter DeFina

For quite a few years, my wife Kathy and I have been paddling, hiking, camping, snowshoeing, and back-country skiing the Adirondack Mountains in Upstate New York. We never tire of the spectacular scenery and wildlife that we are so fortunate to see. Wherever we go, my camera is in my boat, backpack, or shoulder. While I spent most of my adult life living in the suburbs of New York City, I started coming up to the Adirondacks in the late 1960's. I bought my first vacation house up here in 1982. Since June of 2010 that same vacation house has become our main residence. I’ve been taking outdoor photographs since the early 1970’s. Only recently have I decided to sell my photos.
